I've heard about OnePlus and I am very interested to get one. It looks like it’s the only smartphone that offers high end specifications with a very affordable price. The problem is, I also heard it's difficult to have one due to its unusual invite system. How does it work? How can I get a OnePlus phone?

I'm having a touch screen issue on my ASUS MeMO Pad HD 7. It works intermittently and when it doesn't, it does not allow me to unlock the tablet. Turning it off and turning it back on used to fix it but now it doesn’t. I reset the tablet and was brought to the initial setup page. I could not even do it now. Please help.

My Dell Streak 7 is stuck at the logo screen. I tried to reset it by pressing the pin hole near the sim card using a paper clip. I tried everything I can find from the manual but nothing seemed to help. What else can I try to do to fix this problem?

I have an Atom Venue 11 running on Windows 8.1 and I bought a mobile keyboard to use with it. It worked perfectly at first then after resuming from a suspended mode, it stopped working all of a sudden. There is enough power on the battery and it can still be detected. Please advise what I should do.

I have bought new Microsoft Surface Pro 3. I liked it so much and all its features are really great. But, lately I have started facing problems with the network connectivity. I am unable to connect to a wireless network, even though I am able to use my home network for my laptop. So it is not a problem with my network, but instead something to do with the surface pro 3. Sometimes it is able to connect, but drops intermittently. I am not understanding the issue with this. Anybody else got this kind of problem? Please help me!

My Samsung Galaxy S4's battery was completely drained out and the phone turned off on its own. When I turned it back on, it got stuck at the Samsung logo. I tried to wipe out the cache partition, did a factory reset, reseated and recharged the battery, nothing seemed to work. Any good ideas? 

I'm in Singapore for work and I brought my Blackberry Storm with me. I got it from Verizon and as far as I know, it is network locked. So far, I am getting a signal but I cannot seem to do anything. I cannot make a call and I cannot send a message. Does anybody have any idea about this? 

I would like to update the software version of my car's TomTom GPS device. How would I know the current version and where can I find this information? The device is having a problem finding a GPS signal, do you think a software update will fix the issue? Thanks for your help in advance.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 and it's not able to recognize the simcard inside it. I reseated and made sure it was properly inserted into the slot then turned it on. The simcard was still not being detected so I tried another simcard and it did not make a difference. What is wrong with my phone? Is there anything I can do to fix it or should I just take it back to the carrier and make them fix it?

I would like to buy a tablet that could play a DVD or flash drive. Are there any such tablets in the market that supports playing a DVD Disc on it? Please advice me on which one to select. Thanks.
