It's not in extreme alarm but in some cases the microphone of my new headset doesn't work. If I plug in both the headphone jack and the microphone jack it doesn't work but if I used only the headphone jack it works. Is there any reason why is it happening?

How does GPS work?

I have Google maps on my phone, and I usually connect with WiFi.  

Can GPS work without WiFi?  

I copied an album from my pc to my galaxy s, but the tracks are not in order and there are duplicates?  I don't get it because I just copied it once.  Shouldn’t they be in the same order they are in the pc? 

I received a video through email.  The video extension is .mov can I see the video, but there is no audio.  I tried connecting speakers and a headset, but still no sound.  The sound works on other applications.  How come I can't get the audio on that file?
