I would like to ask few things about trouble shooting that is strange with me. They said that if you can see BSOD in your screen, try to shake your tower and eventually your computer will work, is this true? What about the unplugging and reconnecting the power cord if the computer doesn’t turn on. Why do we always have to do this? Is this caused by power supply or the connector? What about the rubbing of the memory? Why do we have to rub it with eraser if you can hear beeps from your computer? Please provide me detailed answer for this

Why am I missing Directx9? As I remember I did not change or upgraded anything in this laptop. It was all working fine since I bought this. What is Directx9 by the way? What is the purpose and how important is it in all software or games? I know it will process the games but please explain it to more deeply and that can be understand by a person with less technological background. What type of programming language it was created? How was it created?

I just bought this laptop 3 days ago. I was able to use everything with it eventually it showed “There was a problem… sysmenu.dll” after I downloaded something from the internet. Can we still fix this problem? Give me ways and options on how to resolve this problem? What could be the cause of this issue? Is it because of the download file or is it in the system? Is this because of hardware? I have connected a printer and a plotter to my PC. After that, I get 100% CPU usage at all times even if I don't run the hardware. I'm really confused what to do. I have only 1 PC at my press and it is lagging like a cart. What should I do?
