I currently have  a MAC and Windows 7 PC and I have to transfer the files between these two computers.  My hard disk (external HD) was formatted to MAC OS.

Can some one please guide how to format HD to NTFS form since Windows cannot recognize my hard disk. Is there any application for doing this with out losing any data?

Recently, I re-installed Asus driver into my computer and in my belief, I installed all the drivers properly but then there was a message saying that an Asus unknown driver is existing in my system, I suspect that I need to update this but I don’t exactly now how to do it.
