I don’t know how and why most of the time I open my computer a message come says “Windows hal.dll file is missing”. Help me.

My Desktop does not boot sometimes but sometimes it works very well.

When it does not boot every time I have to remove the RAM and fixed it back and sometimes that also not working.

But it does not happened when I shut down the computer and keep the UPS on all the time.

What could be the issue here?

3ds Max 2011, would I go for a higher processor or a higher video memory?

I was scanning image as “black and white” now after that I can color other like red in them.

The problem is that When I on my Cisco Small Business WAP4410N on SMN Free Wap then an error will occur that enter your pin code but I have not set any type of pin code on it. The program is free and there is not any type of pin is needed for this software, So where the message is occurred? And how do I got rid of this message? Please help.

I am using a Blackberry Bold and I am trying to view a very long image which is three times longer than my Blackberry screen. When I open the picture on my application, I cannot view the whole picture.

I can only see the top and bottom part of it, the middle part is missing. How can I see the whole image as one and not part by part or line by line?

I need some help on transferring applications on my SD card. And also, what are the uses of SD cards? I also have questions regarding syncing Over The Air (OTA). I used OTA when syncing with Treo Palm and MotoQ. I want to know now, if there is an OTA or syncing using the Bluetooth feature of Blackberry 8800 series? If it’s not available with it, what is the use of pairing my Blackberry to my computer via Bluetooth?

Is it possible to have a power outage on any handheld devices? I am using mine when all of a sudden, the screen went blank with error, “Battery too low for handheld usage”.  And now, I can’t open the device after it shut itself off. It just stops from working.  How can I fix it to be able to use it again? Do I need to change the battery?
