I have a strange problem with my desktop computer. The problem is my computer data transfer rate is too slow but while data transferring when i touch my computer with my hand the speed goes up with my touch. I can't understand what to do can anybody tell me where is the problem?

I have an external hard drive of 500GB.I can install programs and other external store to hard drive, whenever I copy the full folder of MS Office from my internal hard drive. I had installed it before misplaced the CD. Can I copy any files which are related to MS Office into my internal hard drive?

I have to format my hard disk to make partitions.

Next to it I go to CMOS properties to disable all connection which can reboot the system, then suddenly, I saved the configuration.

Then it turn into black screen asking for boot source, when I load the bootable source on the CD ROM, why the DOS system cannot find my bootable source disc?

My IDE works well as well as my bootable source disc.

SATA and SAS are quite compatible when it comes to pin where SATA drive can be used in serial SCSI.

Can I use SATA drive to iSCSI drive?

Can I use SATA or SAS in iSCSI? I need to know if I can optimize the access times and transfer rates and configure it for better performance.

If I change my current processor chip into a new one, a different model and a new version, and  it is close relatively meets the specification of the motherboard, does my system net BIOS will change its settings as well as CMOS properties?

How about the other hardware will they be affected too?

Please give an answer regarding the matter.

My laptop is Lenovo its good one but in the previous days it getting hot a then shutdown and I lose my data or information working with when it was new nothing like this happened but after two years problems begin so how to save my hardware? 

On my desktop computer, DVD rom works well. But, sometimes while working with DVD drive, the drive stops responding and DVD drive disappears from my computer area. The working red light of my control box remain on after the DVD disappears. The light do not off and on depending on actions. The DVD stops working totally. Sometimes the problem goes away if computer is restarted and sometimes not.
