Watching DVD movies is my hobby and I love to play it on my computer which has a wider screen compared to my laptop. I’ve been doing this as a past time when I don’t have anything to do every summer.
Well, when I checked it today the DVD drive won’t open. I tried to push the button several times so that it will open and I even waited for several minutes for it to rest then try to open it again. Still the same thing happened. The DVD drive won’t open and eject. Can anyone help me on this problem?

My desktop PC which is 4 years old shows no problems in the operating system (at least there's no such notification) but it shuts down immediately after a 15 mins work on Windows xp operating system and when I want to start it again I have to remove the power cable and put in again otherwise it gives no reaction the shut down or start button. The problem only occurs when I start windows operating system, it means that if I turn my pc on and not load the XP but keep it on BIOS mode it never shuts down.
What is the problem?? Is it the RAM memory, the Graphic card, the Power Supply Unit (PSU) or what??

Every time I try to open my computer, the process goes smoothly and correct. But when I spend it with a couple of minutes my monitor suddenly turn to black and switches off. I had been through with the technical troubleshooting like: check the power supply, video card, connections, etc. But still, the process is still the same. What is the possible reason why my monitor turns off unexpected?

I have an HP Compaq Presario with a built in microphone and my PC is using Windows Vista ultimate as an OS. Every now and then I need to make urgent calls to my business partners and most of them complain that my microphone volume drops really low after a while. I even tried to control the volume from the 'Sound' section in the control panel. But it seems that windows somehow adjust the microphone's sound system automatically? Is there any way to control the volume level and improve the conversation quality?

Hello, I'm curious as to how I find out the type of graphics card I have. The previous owner of the computer did not have any information about the computer and I can't find it online. Is there a way I can find out via the computer, through My Computer or such?
