But its video call is not working as the plugins are not installed. I have tried to find plugins but failed.

I am using a Basic MSI project. My application requires msxml3.dll. I have included xml3 in merge modules.

Whenever I tried to install my application I got the following error message:

Error 1931. The Windows Installer service cannot update the system file c:WINDOWSSystem32msxml3.dll because the file is protected by Windows. You may need to update your operating system for this program to work correctly.”

Even I tried on a freshly installed Windows 2000 and Windows XP but for the sake of nothing.

I am trying to install a trial version of a software in my PC but I am getting this error again and again:

Internal error 2 (code#31).

I disabled my antivirus program, but it did not help. I executed the application as ‘Administrator’ and also disabled windows firewall, but I am still receiving the error.

I am looking for some help in this regard to how to avoid this error.

I was suggested to try Lenovo laptop products for its been said as having a reliable machines. I was wondering if these products were comfortable, accessible and durable for gaming online even if I use it for more than 16 hours per day?

Hi all, I got a problem with RAM. I recently upgraded my RAM, I added 2GB to the existing 2GB. That makes it 4Gb or 4096MB,

but  Windows XP shows 3GB of  RAM in the properties.The memory is shared with graphics memory, but my graphics memory

is 128MB.Where is the rest of the RAM? 

I have a router called Edimax. I can't connect to the internet to I decided to disconnect it and then reset it. However, when I did this procedure, I can no longer connect to the internet and I can't see the WAN light turned on even if I connected my modem to its WAN port. So I went to the store to have it fixed but when they tried to connect it using their internet connection, it was working OK. 

When I got back home, I decided to try it on my own connection but still no use. Was it because my router has malfunctioned and needs fixing or it has something to do with my PC? 

Please help me. I  need my router.

I've owned a HP 540 laptop and when I switch it on it doesn't show any display. I've tried to connect a display monitor to the VGA port of the laptop to check its display if it is okay. 

I've done on pressing the f5 together with fn button to switch to external monitor for display. Still there is nothing on my screen except for the wallpaper which I setup before. 

I have a desktop with a 3GHz dual core CPU and ATI 5850 Radeon GPU, and also another desktop with 2.7GHz CPU and ATI 6670 Radeon GPU.

I bought the Cannon best Printer few days ago it is in my daily used but move to outside of the city for business when I come back to home and start working some paper work then print it when I shocked that printer installed perfectly but it is not working and also after that printer driver differ to install in Windows 7.
