Three month ago I buy Epson V700 Photo Scanner for my personal & business use purpose. At first every think is okay & scanner work find but now I facing some problem with this scanner. When scan any image or photo after that it showing a black shadow. At first I think it may be for dust problem I clear it not same problem showing. I'm giving below a config list of my scanner –

    Dual Lens System Allows 6400 dpi Max
    8.5 x 11.7" Scanning Area
    8 x 10" Transparency Area

I am currently running a business include – Website development, Hosting, Online marketing etc. I have 15 workers & I decided to provide all of them a laptop for increase more work activity. I also need to follow laptop performance with long lasting. It is important for me because if I need to buy a new laptop after 3 – 5 month I think it is not good for my business. Rockchip2818 Processor, Integrated Graphics Card, multi-point pure touch screen, Love Phoenix Brand, 8" high-definition LED screen, Rockchip Processor Brand, 256MB Memory Capacity, 700MHz Frequency, 800*400 Resolution. Recently I am facing touch screen problem. When I touch any file or folder it not work. I need to touch 3 – 4 time.

Can you please tell me what happen here & how can I solve it?

I check my all setting everything is okay then why I facing this problem?

Guys i have Dell Optiplex GX280 which have a problem of processor overheating.The circuit does'nt  break which results in short-circuiting due to which my hard disk loses all the data.

I want to increase my RAM memory. I have RAMs of two different categories. One is an SDR and the other is a DDR SDRAM. Can I use both on the motherboard of DELL GX280 chip type:INTEL(R)82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family. Or I have to buy the other one of the same type.

If I have hardware drivers already installed on my system how can I found out what the name of the drivers  are ? [example if I have a geforce video card and lost the drivers that came with it, how  can I found out?]
