In the last five days I am having a problem with my computer. Suddenly it became very slow. I can't work with it usually. Even the mouse cursors run very slow. Start menu doesn't work.

But when I scan virus with Norton 2010 antivirus it can't find any viruses!

Then what is my problem?

How is it some DVD/minidvd/dvd-rw are not compatible with my LG cd/dvd drive.  For instance my Imation /Sony mini DVD rw can be played on my Acer laptop Pioneer DVD dual drive but not on my pc? Even the regular size DVD have problems, and sometimes they play out of color, I’ve checked all the settings for region, speed etc., still they are being choosy on the disk I’m loading. Is it because of the disc brands or an upgrade is needed?

I have to run large programs on my computer which sometime my computer is unable to do.

So i thought to change my processors and if needed some other hardware too.

I want to know what kind of processors should i use for running large programs which would keep my computer fairly cheap?

I've got a problem with my desktop PC. Why is it that after a 2 or 3 minutes in used, it will just turn off without even properly shutdown?

I am having problems with the speed of my printer. I will be printing around 300 pages for my thesis report. My printer is an Epson CX4100. Luckily I have 2. But I can’t seem to find a way to connect the 2nd printer using a different port. Any help?

My monitor is an AOC 717swa, it is a year old next month. My problem is the monitor started flickering upon update of video card driver. My video card is His Radeon 5670. To I reinstalled the older driver I had before. But it did not help. What could I do next to troubleshoot my monitor and fix my problem?

Every time I start my PC, I get an error message that pops up and says "Webcam has either disabled or failed. Please check your webcam settings." I don't know when or how my webcam stopped working. The camera is through ArcSoft and is built into my Toshiba laptop. Can you help me fix this?

I have been using my Toshiba laptop with a Windows Vista operating system for two years now. Then one day my DVD drive has just stopped working.

I tried inserting different cd's to make sure the problem wasn't the cd and every time I did the system doesn't recognize the DVD drive. The system just shows my C: and E: drive but no longer shows the DVD drive. The error goes like "This device can not start – error code 10". 

I tried using driver's fix/scan but it doesn't solve the problem. Also tried restoring the system but it doesn't fix the error. Could someone share me please what to do in this kind of error. Thank you so much.
