Hardware
I have an old Pentium 4 processor, an Asrock Conroe-1333 D667 motherboard, an ATX case with 400w Power supply, and a DDR2 RAM module lying around the house, thought it was such a waste, so I decided to bring it back to life. I hooked everything up, I knew it was running because the heat sink fan was spinning as it should but there was no display on the monitor, no POST and no beep.
The motherboard had onboard graphics card so i tried plugging in my working GT220 graphics card from my current rig but still no display. I've tested out every hardware except for the motherboard and processor as I've got AMD build from my other computers.
Any suggestions to resurrect this old setup again?

My cousin gave me a Canon MP198 printer which had CIS(Continuous Ink Solution) Kit installed. It was a year old and was perfectly working when I got it. I had no print jobs for like a month but i stored it properly, had the rubber plugs and the ink valve shut tight.
I was to use it again but my colored document turned out black. I inspected the ink lines and found that the ink receded around 5 inches from the cartridge. I performed deep cleaning, the ink level from the tanks is down to a quarter but the ink still won't reach the cartridge. Anybody have similar problems?

I have a Liteon Lightscribe DVDR/RW Optical Disc Drive that I use to burn my files to a DVD.
I only burn around 3 times a month. It was never abused.
My problem now is, I already wasted like ten DVD's in a row while trying to burn a slideshow of pictures I created.
It failed on me like once or thrice before, but ten is insane.
I know Optical drives are cheap, but I'm hoping there's still a fix for this.
I'm using Nero burning software. Anybody got suggestions?

What do you call a software that is installed alongside with other software or via ActiveX that controls on the internet without full disclosure that it will be used for gathering personal information.
It also uses the CPU, RAM, and resources of the user's computer, making the user pay for the costs associated with operating it?

I have a USB modem locked to Globe Broadband Internet service provider. It is a post paid plan with a speed of up to 2mbps. The problem is not the speed but the reconnection issue. Most of the time logging to my ISP I cannot connect to the server because the service refuse my connection at random.
The system says the remote computer did not respond in a timely manner. Sometimes works but most of the time doesn’t work.
Error 718: The connection was terminated because the remote computer did not respond in a timely manner.

I have tried replacing the keyboard by buying a new keyboard and still don’t work.
Is there any solution for this problem?
I don’t want a USB keyboard because I can’t go to the CMOS setup when using it so I preferred only PS2 keyboard.
