Hi,

I was trying to create a Virtual Device in my Android-SDK.

When I tried to open the device it says error in opening Java Path and after then the blinking ''ANDROID'' came up in emulator screen but nothing happens for next 25 minutes.

At the same time my laptop is getting slow while it’s using 100% CPU.

I would like to know is there any standard configuration for this virtual device like SD card memory, screen size, android version etc. My current config is SD card size- 512. android 2.1 update-1, default screen- WVGA800.

I always enjoyed eating while watching movies on my laptop. But, through the years food accumulated under the keyboard. Unlike my desktop's keyboard which is light and can easily be turned over at most often i just gave it taps on its back then they came clean, my laptop is quite heavy and im afraid if i give it taps it will break. Any suggestions?

Just installed a new Hauppauge HD PVR.

When I go to Setup Television in MC the HD PVR shows as a Tuner but when I click on Configure I get the error message "Xtreme Tuner HD Initiate hardware failed!".

I recently acquired 2 projectors from my friend’s office that purchased new projectors to replace the old ones so I told them I could dispose their old hardware.

Now, curious in the capacity of my new devices I want to setup the devices that the pictures projects are side by side each other to produce a panoramic display.

Will I be able to do that?

I want to setup multiple displays on my computer to use the one of the displays just for watching the stock market. My motherboard is still using its built in video card. But it can accommodate to a PCI Express x16 card. What setup would you recommend for me? The cheapest setup will be better.

I have a vaio c series laptop VGN-CS320; it’s wonderful to look at. Very sleek looking and especially cute.

But my problem is it turns itself off when i'm using it. Literally. Not even go to shut down mode. Sometimes it hasn’t finished booting up.  What should I do?

I reformatted my HDD from Vista to Windows 7 and only realized that I do not have all the drivers of the devices that I have to install. One of these devices is my writing tablet. I searched the net for possible drivers and have it downloaded. Installation was brisk and appeared to be okay.

However, from time to time I would receive the “hardware error 1024” message.  What does this error mean and how can it be fixed? Thank you.

I have acquired an external TV tuner from my brother. It has no installation CD because according to him it is a plug and play type of device. The device work properly with his pc when he demonstrated to me how it works.

Excited, I went home and tried the device in my pc only to be disappointed as it will not run and instead I receive the message telling me that it failed to initialize. Could you tell me please what went wrong?

Are there things I need to upgrade or what?

I have a problem with hard disk. Windows does not recognize my SATA HDD. I have downloaded my sata hdd driver but I do not know where to unpack content of archive file. Here's a picture I get after unpacking:
