Hardware
Hi,
I am a long-time Windows XP user, and I have never had a problem with using my webcam with the my PC.
Recently, I got a new Win-XP PC, but I found that I could not use my webcam with it. Windows does not even detect the device.
If I open it in the Device Manager, I get a message: "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer.
(Code 45)". I checked the connection of the webcam many times, but could not find any fault. What should I do?

In 1986, I bought a TV by RCA Console (25”) and still it is serving me without any color fading or dark spots and hope that it will serve more.
In March 2008, I went through a report published in a consumer report magazine and they had written ratings on TVs. I was checking some TVs on the net at Walmart and I got interested on the VIZIO 32” (HDTV of w/digital tuner where the model is VWL32HDTV10A). Its price downed to $527 from $597. I had the range of below $600 and it has come down since March.

Hi,
What is the difference between LCD and plasma TV sets? Collectively the two technologies are called flat-panel TVs. Although the two types of TV look pretty similar, there are major differences in how they work. Liquid crystal display (LCD) TV screens come to life when light shines through the TV screen’s matrix of tiny colored liquid crystal cells.
Thanks,

Hi,
A friend of mine wants to set up a 24/7 webcam at his venue that will broadcast a feed over his 1.5mbps T1 connection to a website (located in a remote server elsewhere). Users would go on the website which is on its own server, and watch the feed from the site. This would be a basic media player embedded on a webpage which uses the streaming computer's IP as the source/address for the video.
Now, my question is(if I explained the above portion clearly), if multiple users connect to view the stream, which internet connection is being stressed, the webserver's or the camera server's?

Hello,
I know you guys usually just talk about the hardware that is in your case, but I just came across a problem with my Canon Printer. The printer stopped printing Black colors from the cartridge. I did a bunch of nozzle cleanings and even a couple deep cleans.
Still things were not right. Now, I just realized that even though the printer was telling me the ink tank was full it was actually empty. I am not real knowledgeable of printers but I took out the cartridge an looked at it.
Since they are clear I was able to see the ink in them. It appears to be completely out but I am not sure if I am looking in the right spot. There is a front compartment and then there is a bigger compartment that looks like a sponge is in there.

Hi,
I have an EMP-20 programmer.
I was going to upgrade my computer and had a question.
Currently my programmer plugs into the printer port of my computer.
The computer I am wanting to work off of does not have this port.
Will that work? Will I need to possibly re-assign my port or something in the programmer's menu?
Let me know what you think.
Thanks!

Pleasant day out there! It’s almost been one week when I begin speculating how to mend my pc. It usually runs too slow and sometimes unable to open files in just a minute. I had hard time doing multi-tasking with my pc, more importantly; does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

Good day everyone!
I had a hard time fixing my Window’s XP every time I started to work on it.
Those files I’ve downloaded are constantly corrupted and one thing my pc won’t boot up.
Likewise, manifold error messages would appear on screen.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Thanks.

Hey guys,
I'd like to report that Google SketchUp & Autodesk Sketchbook run pretty awesome on my A9. I'm an Architecture major so quick rendering is pretty important on the spot, and it works great! I would not dare install anything more serious like Revit or Photoshop, I will install Gimp though.
Only problem is the screen picks up my hand when I rest it on the screen. I ordered a SmudgeGlove made from nylon and latex but I'm not sure it'll help.
Does anyone know any material that the screen wont pick up when I rest my hand on it?
Thanks,
