Hardware
Hi friends,
I have a Canon ImageClass mf4270 s/c/p/f. The problem I am facing with this is that, “The default setting is stuck to 2-sided printing. ” The Copy Setting default field says “Off” for two sided printing but the shortcut button always says “On” that means it will print 2-sided copy.
I have to turn it off manually, each time, for single page printing.
Help me with this problem.

Hi,
I am really having lots of computer issues and thank God some other was resolved already.
I am now having an issue with the enter key whenever I am browsing. Whenever I want to go to a website and I already have typed the address, I will need to use my mouse to get into that website as pressing the enter key will let it go.
On the other hand, when I use it on a word pad, enter key is working perfectly.
Any ideas on this?

Hey there TechyV Experts,
There is an issue back at our home computer. Whenever I connect the Ethernet cable, my computer will suddenly shutdown. This happens every time, so I decided to buy another Ethernet cable. Sadly, same thing happens.
I would like to know what causes this and what should I do to fix this.
Thanks.

Hi,
I am using a Dell Inspiron 600m, with an Intel Celeron . After downloading an update for Adobe from the internet, I restarted my laptop. After which I get the BSoD while windows is loading. I am not able to switch to Safe Mode to try to restore the laptop’s Last Known Good Configuration.

I tried to boot the directory services restore mode but I still get BSoD.

Hi,
I have an HP Scanjet 4370 scanner and it was fine until my sister plugged in her camera to upload pictures in the internet. After detaching the camera from the Vista computer, the setup was back to how it was before. But I could not make my scanner to work.
The physical connections were okay, the scanner is turned on, and no settings were changed. But, why do I keep on getting the error that there is a problem communicating with the scanner?
Thanks.

Hi Readers,
I just have a question regarding our Cannon printer at home. It was setup to be on a network and with a password, as it was used for business before. But now, my father already setup a new office away from home and I am really bothered by the pop up box for password every time I print.
How do I remove it?
Help needed.

Hi,
I have a Sony Vaio laptop running Windows XP Home Professional Service Pack 3. My problem is, the battery icon on the system tray sometimes disappears without any error message. I go to Power Option Properties then checked the always show icons on the taskbar. But it still happens more often now.
While I was searching for a solution on how to fix it, I accidentally deleted the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Method Battery Driver from my device manager. Since then, I cannot be able to use my laptop without using the charger adapter. I cannot run my laptop on battery power anymore.

Hi experts,
I have a HP W19 LCD Monitor connected with my HP Slim line CPU. When I open my computer, I can hear the fan whirling inside the CPU and all the lights are glowing to show that it is perfectly running. But in my monitor, there is a no signal message and seems like there is no power coming from it. The screen is black, but it has no beeps or anything.
I checked on the cable connecting the CPU and the monitor, it is connected properly. I took out the cable then tried it on another computer, and it runs. I force closed my computer by pressing the power button of my APC AVR. Then open it again after a while.

I have a Dell laptop running on Windows XP home edition. Because of a virus attack, all of my data were wiped out, including the recovery disk and device drivers.
I have installed a fresh copy of the operating system and downloaded all the drivers.
But I am facing trouble with my ATI Radeon X300 Card driver. When I try to install this, it shows an error:
