Hardware
Hi,
I have a Intel 845GV motherboard with 2.4 GHz processor.
I have Windows XP.
Sometime after booting, the system automatically got shut down and tells that:
"The CPU was previously shutdown due to a thermal event (overheating)
Service the unit right away to resolve this"
Even i have checked the CPU, fan is operating fine. And chip fans on the motherboard are also operating.
I am not sure what i have to do now.
Thanks friends.

Hi all,
I am using a computer with the below configuration
AMD X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+
3.01 GHz, 2 GB RAM
Windows XP Service Pack 2
HDD 640 GB SATA
I expect a decent performance with the configuration mentioned above, but when using this system especially while using flash movies on the web and watching movies ,the CPU Usage increases to near 100 % and system gets still and hangs for 10 or 20 seconds ,then it returns normal for 10 Sec and repeat the same hanging process for 5 Sec. This repeats every time
Can you help me to overcome this crisis?

Dear All,
Hi, I am Oliver Ville. I have a minor issue with my mouse. Whenever I do a single click on one of my applications, the program just starts to open or load. I am using in a setup that once double clicked, that’s when the program should open.
I think that is the conventional setup.
How will I get the settings of my mouse back to normal? I am not that much technical when in terms of locating and troubleshooting where the issue is. As much as possible, I do not want to touch any settings, unless advised of course, by the experts. I am using a Windows XP machine and a Dell mouse.
Please help me resolve this mouse issue.
It keeps getting into my nerves every time.
Thanks.

Hi,
I am about to uninstall the AutoCAD 2008. So that the installation of AutoCAD 2010 will completely install.
But as I reached the control panel add/remove programs the AutoCAD 2008 software was not there! I checked all the programs but I didn't see the software! I've searched the entire system, but it turns into zero result.
Please, I want to know where is the AutoCAD software to be able to remove this, from the program. I cannot uninstall the program, because it's missing.
Tell me what are the options to find the software and uninstall from the add/remove programs?
Thanks.

Hello,
In my desktop, I have been fixing an additional Hard Disk Drive as a slave to the already existing Primary Master. While booting the system, I see the error message as "Please insert bootable media." What will be the exact reason for getting an error message?
Thank you.

Hi,
I got a new office computer last week. It has been somewhat of a pain for my manager to set up and get it "office ready" such as my MS Office suite, and other software we use. Everything was going fine this week. This morning, I turned the computer on and it keep rebooting over and over again.
Finally, it let me log on, then 5 minutes later, it shut down and rebooted itself over again and again.
What could be the problem?
Thank bros.
