Hardware
I have successfully installed Pinnacle LINX2 Audio into my PC and after the Windows had detected the hardware, I got this error message “This device cannot start. (Code 10)” I restarted my PC thinking that I need to do this method so that my PC will be refreshed and to recognize it, but afterwards the same error had appeared.
I consulted a friend about my concern and he told me to uninstall the driver and install it again. I did as what my friend had suggested but it seems that nothing good had happened. Please help me on how will I address this problem.
Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi there folks,
I have an Epson Perfection 3490 Photo scanner. I am running Windows 7.
This scanner used to work beautifully until I removed some other software that I no longer wanted. Sadly I cannot remember what it was. Anyway since then the scanner refuses to work. I have tried reloading the software from the set-up disc and also I have visited the Epson site to get the latest drivers and set-up software, all to no avail. All the other bundled items will load from the set-up disc but not the scan facility.
Whatever I try I always get the following error:

I am having a problem to my PC. Yesterday, I transferred my PC into another room and I disassembled all of its parts and peripherals for easy transportation.
When I connected the parts and peripherals into their proper ports, started using the computer and when it started booting up, this shocking error had appeared
“Equipment config error.Press ctrl alt del to enter setup or press F1 to continue. ”
I referred to the user manual that I have and checked if some parts and peripherals were not properly mounted to their respective ports but I found out that everything were in the proper position. Please help me on how to rectify this concern. Thanks for the help.

Any simple thought please about this concern. I left my computer overnight with some of the opened programs running. When I went back in the morning, it was already in the off mode. When I started it, it performed scandisk and booted normally. The booting process took very long time and so I got irritated about it. I restarted it again and I was shocked with this error message that appeared on the screen
“Cannot write to drive C.”
Can you please tell me what the problem on my computer is? I have also initiated system restore as a recommendation from a friend but the same thing had been repeatedly happening. Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thank you.

My Asus laptop was experiencing slow performance and so I decided to reformat it. The reformat process was successfully done but when I installed its drivers using the Asus CD Driver, my frustration had started.
I had loaded and run the Assussetup.exe but in the middle of the installation process, it was interrupted with this error prompts “Cannot Execute Kernel Mode Drive Service” and “Can’t Load ASUSWIO.DLL.”
What is the matter with the CD driver? I had already visited and consulted the ASUS service center to ask a help from them but it took time for them to respond. Therefore, I decided to post this concern in this site hoping that you can help me as soon as possible.
Thank you.

My dell laptop has been attacked by many kinds of computer viruses because of the different untrusted sites that my kids have visited. And so, I used anti-virus software to remove the viruses on my laptop. When I opened my laptop a day after, I was surprised with this error message that appeared on the screen “"Interactive logon process initialization has failed. Please consult the event log for more details.” I tried booting it many times and sometimes it directed me into Safe Mode, Safe Mode With Networking, and Normal Mode options.

Please help me in this very troublesome situation on my PC.
Yesterday, I had updated my AMI BIOS as a recommendation from a friend who has knowledge on computer hardware and networking.
According to him, I need to update the BIOS for compatibility purposes with the new 500GB hard drive that I had mounted ahead into my PC. In the middle of the BIOS update process, there was an unexpected power interruption happened.
When I started the PC again, its Windows Vista operating system did not boot.
"Not enough memory to run and runswap.exe"
I followed the command prompt and press F10, but nothing had happened.
I cannot go to BIOS page set-up also.

I had to change my motherboard because the on-board audio and video cards are both not working. It booted up fine after 15 seconds but it went to a blue screen after getting the startup page. It says insert the installation disc to do startup repair.
So I tried startup repair and it didn’t work. Also I system restore didn’t fix it. The last resort I could to is to reinstall the operating system but I want to find out if there are other solutions to this kind of problem.
I’m using windows 7 Starter and the problem started after I replaced my motherboard.

Dear All,
I am having trouble with my home computer. I leaned on our window to check someone who called me from outside the house and when I get back to my computer, I found out that my monitor display is already upside down. Yeah, I think I have pressed something on the computer to make the display like that, but I want to get it back to what it was before. I was told to press Control + Alt + Up Arrow Key, but sadly, that does not work. I do not know any other options to try aside from that step that fixed my issue before.
Thanks in Advance,
Mike

Since all of my friends are using wireless mouse in school, and they are teasing me to buy one, I finally gave in. It is just that I am having a hard time using it and making it work at its best. I am specifically pointing out that it does work, but intermittently. Sometimes it work, sometimes it don’t.
I made sure that Bluetooth is working and that it is turned on whenever it does not work. I’ve made sure that the Bluetooth detects the wireless mouse device. I want this to work such as when I turn the computer on, automatically, I don’t have to do the same things that I did the first time I installed it. How can I make my wireless mouse work effectively and not intermittently?
