Hi,
I want to learn more about basic computer concepts as I am new to this technology. I am still having problems understanding the principles behind bits, bytes, processing speeds, modems, internet and many others. What is the easiest way to understand everything and what is the best material to read? Where can I find these materials?

Hello! I am totally new in HTPC field. I’ve read about it in Wikipedia, Google and also in other sites in internet. And I also heard a lot of rave positive reviews and feedbacks about HTPC. And it got me really interested to make HTPC myself. May I ask how much does it cost? I’m looking for more affordable purchases. It could be one that’s cheap but it should still be with good quality. Where could I buy one? Thank you!

Hi there!
Needing for your recommendation and inputs! I’m thinking of purchasing a computer.
I’m considering ASUS Model M2N32-SLI Deluxe Wireless or a ROG Crosshair.
Among the two which is better and is considered a “good-buy”?
Which computer has the best features and which would last longer as compared to other models?

I would like to ask what particular computer monitor model works best. I have a 17" flat screen monitor CRT mx704 and an old HP Pavilion A706n computer. They don’t work well together and because of that, I plan to purchase a new monitor. If I will buy a one, will it be compatible with the HP Pavilion A706n? Your suggestions please! Thank you very much in advance.

Hi,
I have recently bought a new HP computer and I am having a problem connecting my old printer to it. I have an old HP LaserJet 4 that still uses a Centronics printer cable. Since my computer is new, I want to find ways of how I can make my old printer work. What cable do I need to buy to make these two compatible with each other?

HI! Your assistance and suggestions please! I want to replace my old onboard graphics card so I purchased a PCI-e Graphics card which is an ATI Xpress Graphics with a new NVideo700 Series card. The problem is that when I turned it on, the boot up was unsuccessful. Doing it in BIOS also doesn’t work. I tried to unplug the card and went back to the original onboard graphics and it worked very well. I don’t know a way and I didn’t dare to try to disable the onboard graphics in BIOS without using the jumper links, assuming that it will run or operate automatically. Kindly give an easy-to-follow procedure to make it work. Thanks.
