Hardware
I am posting here because I believe that you guys can solve this problem of mine. I inserted my VGA into another PC and it functioned properly. However, the screen did not display any signal. I have a feeling that maybe the RAM chips are not suitable for this, since they appear to be quite small. Do you think I need DDR3?? I also exchanged RAM cards with other PCs and tested the VGA, but it is still the same. By the way, all the fans work, and everything is switched on. The connections are secure as well. Do you think my VGA’S Mobo slot might be broken??

I purchased a repaired NVidia GeForce 7900 GS 256MB VGC (Video Graphics Card) PCI-Ex16, having a PCI-Express x16 slot. I also purchased a power converted. After connecting it, my PC did not detect it. Thus, I searched for the drivers online and installed them, but the error message says that my Video Graphics Card cannot be detected. In brief, my PC is not detecting my VGC although it is has been properly inserted. Do you have any solutions to this problem?

I obtain sidebars when I try to enlarge a picture outside a 640 x 480 box, although VMR seems good. That's really unsuitable when trying to burn on a Plasma. If someone could advise me about an affordable video card I could use, it would be great! It doesn't need to be in 3D. If 852×480 can be done over the output section of a video card, that would be a plus, as I would be able to route it through my receiver then. Do you know if there is an alternative for non-linear stretching on Sage TV? It should be some stuff that is equivalent to the Panasonic just mode, though. Can I have this in Sage 2.0??? If I can’t, then this is perhaps not suited for me.

Can you tell me which is more compatible with my IDE Hard Disk in terms of faster data transfer? The SATA out cable or the SATA II HD using a USB cable?

Hi!
I have a problem with my computer—it doesn’t restart properly, not even when I set it to Safe Mode. However, the computer suggests that I reformat which I could not do because I will lose all of my files.
When the computer did restart once, I encountered an error message saying that the BOOTMGR is not detected.
I really don’t know what to do anymore and I am hoping you could tell me.
Thank you.

Hi!
I need help to back up my iPhone 4. I was so eager to set up my iPhone 4 so I did it on my friend’s laptop instead of mine. I also used his laptop to back it up. Now, every time I try to back up my iPhone 4 in my computer, it would freeze.
I just need to know if backing up my iPhone 4 in my friend’s laptop is the reason why I couldn’t do it on my own computer.
I also need to know if there’s something I can do about it.
I hope you can help me. Thank you.

Hi All,
Why is a 3.6 GHz Intel processor lower in capabilities than a 2.6GHz AMD processor? I need to understand what a processor is and the meaning of the numbers. E.g. FSB, what number is ideal? Thanks in advance.

Why is it said that the multiple widespread components of Information Technology have to work together harmoniously for providing the desired performance?
In today's world, what is the need to read books that give information about computer and its technology, get enrolled to a computer course, and thus become a 'computer literate'?
