I am using Timbuktu 6.01 port but it seems it has changed because I can’t see the information I have been working on. I have a Linksys router and I don’t know how to map the ports so as I can see my documents.
Anyone with any idea?

I am having a problem with my Fax Machine that keeps on receiving tons of faxes but are mostly junk faxes.

This is resulting for the copy paper to be wasted.

I want to know if there is an available software available in the market today that can screen all incoming faxes so I can have a control in printing important faxes only and avoid those junk ones?

I have this Linksys wireless router that works perfectly fine until I tried to connect a laptop of my roommate to that router. This laptop is an old version of Lenovo Think Pad that runs on Vista. There is no problem in connecting the laptop but I am receiving an error message saying the connection is limited/no connectivity. I tried fixing the problem but I still can’t get it right as implied by the message that goes like it cannot get the IP address. I reset the Winsock and restarted the TCP/IP to fix the problem but it still won’t work. I’m running out of steps to take, please let me know what else should be done. If you need more information, please let me know so I can give you the details.

My new laptop can be able to access the drives in my older HDD. When accessing the e:users, I am receiving a message that says I have no permission to access any further. I tried changing the permission on security to owner but that didn’t pay off. I’m wondering if I have not changed the settings of security correctly and maybe there must be some Lenovo security lapses on their HDDs that is causing the problem. Do you have any idea about my dilemma?

I am using router for wireless access on a building with several floors. I have routers in each floor connected to the basement as main server.  Recently, I am having intermittent connections issues with those routers.  Can you please send any suggestions that will help me resolve my problem?

I want to use a wireless router but I don’t know on how to set it up with my DSL modem. Can you please help me in a way that it would be simple without having many changes or using static IP that will cost me money?

What will you suggest to make the TX power better? I’m having trouble with transmitting power on my small satellite (VSAT). I already tried to exchange the cable and connectors but still TX power is too high. I’m thinking to put new BNC connector; can I do it without using crimping tool?

I need help on installing printer driver? I’m using a spooling appliance. Do you have an idea about the spooling device SEH-ISD300? And is it possible to install more than one driver in a printer?

I am sharing a printer on network computers but when I change the IP address on the main server PC that has Windows XP on it, I can’t print anymore using the other computer.  Previously, they are all in dynamic IP address but right now the main server is unreachable when I tried to ping it. Could you please tell me what is wrong with this set up?
