Hardware
Hello,
Last night I tried to moved a Physical Machine into a Virtual without success. The source is SCSI U320 HD an IBM x206 with 2 x 74 GB D in Raid1, partitioned into two (2) with drive C: and D: and those disk are dynamic.
The way I usually change Phy to Virt is by creating an Acronis Image of the server and this was done correctly and without mistakes and in order to bring it into ESXI server I use the Vmware Standalone Convertor at the same time we re-size the HDD partitions and also make C: and D: Then I went to import the Acronis Image into the ESXI server last night these alternatives where not available to me.

Good day !
Please guide me, I would like to inquire about this certain technical problem that I am currently having.
I own a media PC from HP center which runs a 2.8 GHZ Intel Pentium Dual core which a RAM of 1GB has contained in a particular module.
Then, I install it with a memory stick with 512 MB that has the similar specifications which are required by the PC. But the problem is, it still cannot recognize the memory.
I am very sure that I install it correctly and it was also able to turn it on so it can work out.
I am really exhausted, why is the memory not recognizing by the PC?
Can somebody help me regarding this problem?
Thank you…

I am using an AMD Athlon 3200, 1GB Ram, Realtek, Firefox 8.0 with a High Definition Audio Card. Sad to note, however, that the said computer does not recognize the sound card. It seems that the sound card doesn’t exist at all in the said unit. Whenever I search the web, play some audio or video files, there is no audio output. I can’t hear anything even though my speakers are working well. I’ve already tried searching the solution in Google but I cannot find anything that works for me. It’s really very disappointing. I feel crazy about it. Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you.

My daughter wanted to give me an older seagate external hardd rive but when she plugged it in
to my windows 7 computer, it's not showing up as being recognized. When we talked with the folks
at Best Buy they said I should just be able to plug and go? Could it be a driver issue? She uses
Windows 7 32 bit and I have windows 64bit. I was also wondering if it could be a bad usb port?

My son would like to modify his computer to look different and based on a computer game he's played and still plays.
My only question is, Will this affect the life of the computer because it needs to last him till at least college?
He said wasn't going to be doing much wiring, but I thought I better ask the experts before saying yes.
This is the case he currently has.

I have this old computer that I have used for a couple of years now. It has a problem with the sound. It used windows 98 from the time we got it, and then we installed it with windows 2000.
I installed back the 98 version of windows and it did not recognize the sound card, yet the sound has been working well all the time it came with the computer.
The sound card Model is Creative Labs CT2230. I have installed its drivers but it’s not working even after I tried to reboot the system. Is there a way that I can be helped because I am certain the sound card is working?
