I am having a problem with Internet explorer. When I want to print a file from the internet, I go to File > Print from a webpage. But then my computer hangs for nearly 5 minutes. It is so frustrating! I am using IE7 and I have also tried IE8 with no luck. Please help.

I have just purchased ExeOutput for PHP.
And after inserting the license everything was working fine until I tried to start HTML Executable with the intention that I copy a number of settings in the copyright.
When I tried to start I found the following error message:

Error:

An error has occurred while initializing HTML executable.Please close HTML executable and retry.If the error persists, then contact the support team and indicate the error code: 15-0.

I am using Silverlight but whenever I try one of the templates for output, an error message would appear saying that Silverlight does not exist.

So I tried reinstalling it, but the installation has detected that the same version has already been installed on the computer.

With this, I uninstalled Silverlight along with its tools and data files but the error is still there.

I also use Expression Encoder 3 on my Vista. It has worked without any problem before it was restored.

I have been on this problem for a week now, and I am still unable to find a solution to this problem. I desperately need your suggestions to resolve this problem.
