What is the required bandwidth for cloud computing?

How are they going to handle this in less developed countries??

I am using Windows XP now. But there is a problem in my computer and that is, when I use my Internet connection, it is disconnected after 10 or 15 minutes and shows a message about win 32 problem.

But there is no problem in my mode.

What do I do?

Any idea why text are  disarrange in exported PowerPoint presentations in Issuu.com?

Isuu.com converts it into flash Ebook, but the format of the presentation is not the same as the original presentation..

Any explanation would help.

I'm running a bulletin board using Discus 4.10.1 Freeware edition.

Last week three users reported that when they tried to access a certain thread, they got the following error message :

I searched Google but couldn't find anything similar. 

Also I think that the 'script' tags seem suspicious, because (as far as I know) Discus is running on Perl without any JavaScript.

I am having problem in connectivity of my broadband connection. When windows starts, I have to set those settings manually to get connected. And then i click save it.

Then after that i have to select troubleshoot option for this problem.

After troubleshooting, it shows a reason of this problem that "Your dhcp server was not enabled". 

This is a headache for me.

I would like to determine a safe point where a page is acceptably authoritative, can create a right impression, attractive and fast enough to serve my consumers.

I could create a beautiful graphical page or a simply presented page with no graphics or vice versa.  

Can anyone help me finding the best way?

I have just established a new company and realized the cost of maintaining computers is just too high, could someone tell me if it is a sound option to consider cloud computing. How efficient can this be to my ever growing network and is it pocket friendly?

We have win2k3 server. It is a Domain Controller. In that we installed Active directory. We have 15 users. One user changed his password. I am an administrator for this server. My question is how to know his system password?
