I have a problem with virus docx change to exe. All my .docx files was changed to .exe files and the worms or viruses did the changes. I can see from my program files that it is slowly eating all my important data and convert some files in a random way that the user will not be able to open those files anymore. I need your help to get rid of those viruses and if possible recover my lost files.

Unable to start installation. Network error. Please check your internet connection and try again later.

I'm not sure what happened, but my computer is connected to the internet when the error occurred. I would appreciate to resolve this issue.

Win32. Agent. NSX is a malicious spyware virus which allows the viruses to get in computer. It should be immediately removed when it detects in computer. I have found the manual steps to remove it. But I am afraid I can’t do it properly. So all I need a download tool agent nsx to remove it. Can anybody help me by giving me a download link?

It has been almost three weeks I’m struggling the software for Trend Micro Internet Security. At the very beginning I’ve been faced with 1603 error message when I was upgrading to latest Version 5 from 3.51. The Trend Micro’s execution initially uninstalled my previous version and thereafter confront with 1603 error.

Lastly, I ended up with the remote support from Trend Micro. After being a lengthy online support and couple of attempts, we didn’t achieve the ultimate fruit. Though, they winded up the process by declaring that the Windows installed on my system has got some sorts of errors generating issues for the installation process.

But as a matter of fact, I’ve been through all technicalities to fix issues with Windows.

I have been using webroot internet security 2012 and it was working perfectly but now when I am trying to uninstall it, I am getting an error and it won't uninstall. The screenshot of the error is attached below:

The message states:

Error FZLCOO56: Invalid or Unknown Key Code.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I am experiencing a problem in running on Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security. The problem is that I’ve got multiple accounts registered under this product, and on one of my computers I uninstalled it but trend micro did not register that.

Now they are of the view that I should remove my accounts by providing my email address first. I have done so, but they are not recognizing my address. The screenshot of the error is attached below:
