Then use the browser rippers who were really coming from the Navy Network Information Center (nice) so afraid, many of which use rippers from the U.S., the government also has.

No. 2 and 3 are finished. Stay No. 1. I do not have credit cards. The first occurrence time I've spent $ 20 to go to the limit and I am now willing to spend money again.
Approximately there are ways to open the limit without having to confirm credit card?
Data scanned ID, Banks and ATMs already sent. PayPal still ask for credit card to confirm

I am using a phone to connect to the internet, it is quite slow but it’s ok for me, I need very basic internet anyway.

My Problem is, sometimes when I connect to the internet the network just disappears and I get the following error message while trying to reconnect:

One touch access failed to establish a network connection.

Please check the connection settings"

I am using Nokia PC suite software to connect. 

I just want to know which connection settings are they referring to here?

I used Windows XP (service pack 2) before. Recently,  started using Windows 7. Everything was ok but when I watched something in YouTube via internet using Firefox browser,  I encountered same problems with all the videos:  YouTube videos run so slowly . I am not talking about buffering problem. I installed adobe flash player (latest) also.

I didn't encounter this problem when I used (windows XP service pack 2) . Now what can I do to solve this problem?

I have a computer that dial-up is used to connect internet though rarely use it to browse websites.  I still use this computer from time to time because some programs are running on it.

However, recently an error message namely AC-1103 0x84200106 is appeared when I try to access the internet. I have no idea what the problem is.

The computer is running on Windows XP with an 11-year old gateway and SP2 and SP3 are not downloaded.
