Again and again I disconnect my phone (Galaxy S4) from the net and switch off the wi-fi. But to my annoyance, it gets on again by itself and start searching for any networks available. Then the pop up message appears saying " connection failed". PLease can any one tell me what has suddenly gone wrong with my new S4? How can I switch off the wi-fi without getting any pop ups? I would like it to remain manual, so whenever I wish, I connect it to the network.

I get a runtime error every time I try to run Internet Explorer. I tried installing Internet Explorer again on my system but that did not help. Why is this happening? What can be done to tackle this run time error?

I have noticed after upgrading to OS Mavericks, that my system is taking more time to fetch mail, Previously before upgradation, all was fine but now the speed has slightly reduced. Can an expert tell me why this has happened and if this is a common issue faced by all? How can this issue be solved?

I think my Email accounts are being accessed by some Intruders for the past days. I tried to access them from my 2 different computers. One from my Home PC and the other one is from my Office PC. These are Hotmail and Yahoo accounts. I also tried to set it up on my BlackBerry Torch 9800. When I first noticed that my email was infiltrated, I got some information from my alternate email account and then I tried to reset my password in Hotmail and then I got an email from my BB device.

When I try to watch streaming movies or video, make a FaceTime call on my home Wi-Fi, it hangs. I can see that there is no problem with my signal and yet I am still encountering this issue. Can anyone help me resolve this? Is there such thing that can help me boost my Wi-Fi signal?

I am using Windows 7 OS and I was using Internet Explorer as my browser. But IE is not very efficient so I opted for Firefox. I downloaded Firefox 17 and installed it. Problem is I can't make it my default browser. I have tried setting it several times but it doesn't work. Every time I open a link it opens through IE not Firefox. I tried the option to deselect the option from IE that makes it the default but no luck yet. What should I do?

I have been using Mozilla Firefox as my default browser on Windows 8 but recently it shows an error whenever I launch it. The error indicates that a java update is needed. When this error occurs I can’t close the browser and the whole computer lags. I have not installed any new Ad-on so what is causing this error?
