I am trying to setup a personalized ringtone on my iPhone 5. I love that ios7 have more ringtone options, but it would be great if I can customize it. How do I create and add my own ringtone? Can you provide a step-by-step instruction on how making this possible?

I love my iphone 5 but just days ago I started having some problems with Siri. Every time I use Siri, I have to reset the entire phone before I can use it again. A friend advised me to do a restore via itunes but I've never done it before. Is it too complicated? Do I need to back up my music and photos before I restore the phone?

I got a new iPhone last week as a gift. I was happy about it. However, today after unplugging from the charger it powered off by itself. All of a sudden, it happened it was not expose to water or any damage. When I try to on it, I got this error message. Then it tries to restore but nothing works. What I have to do now? This error message says that the secure connection failed, the certificate for “Nexcess” may not be valid. So canceled the process and tried again but I got the same error message. When I try to connect and activate my account on Office 365 to my iPhone this error with No Subscription Found appears. Recently I bought Office 365 with a license and I think I have activated my account. Can anyone help me to fix this problem ? Is there a chance that I might be lost my license cause of a mistake ?
