I need immediate help on my iPhone 4S. I downloaded a GPS application and started using it without problems. But while I’m trying the application, I got a phone call and totally forgotten that I have an open application running on the background. In a few minutes, I notice that my iPhone becomes moderately hot. Was it the GPS application or is there any other reason behind it? Please let me know. Thank you.

Hello! My question is regarding my iPhone 4. Recently after upgrading to iOS 5 I started hearing a short sound from my phone. It shows nothing except for the usual icons on my iPhone. I searched into sound settings and checked if there is a way that I can turn it off, but I can’t find the same tone on my phone. Has anyone had the same experience? What should I do with it? Please send me suggestions and instructions on how to fix it. Thank you.

I have an iPhone 3GS which I upgraded to iOS 5. Afterwards, the + sign on the calendar application or the feature that will let me add a new message or calendar alert is missing. The result is, I cannot add another entry in my calendar but searching on Google helps me resolve the problem. Google advised me to turn the iCloud calendar feature on but I do not want to do it using iCloud. Is there any other way or any alternative for this? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.

I used to take videos of my kids using the camera on my iPhone 4. It was working well and I never have any problems with focusing. But after an upgrade to iOS 5, everything seems different. And it’s really annoying! If I clicked on the camera to start the video, it won’t let me start recording until it locks the focus.

It takes a second after you can finally tap the record button. Was it just me or is it another failure attempt from Apple’s new OS?

I updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 5. When I clicked on any link, new links will open in the background. But when I am using my iPhone 4S, the links won’t open in the background but rather as a new page. It doesn’t have any options to open links in the background. What should I do? From which setting should I go to set this option? Please help me.

Since the release of the Apple’s newest iOS 5, I was very eager to update my iPhone 3G S hoping that I can get a better feature and performance on my iPhone. After updating exaggeratedly, I started receiving an error in iTunes stating that there is no sim card inserted. The sim card is present even after performing the update. I did not do any jailbreaks or anything on my iPhone even before the update. I tried to use other card to no avail. What should I do with it? How can I restore my iPhone to the settings before the update? Kindly please help me. Thanks.

Ever since I updated my iPhone to iOS 5, I was unable to make my personal hotspot work. I set the Wi-Fi on and the personal hotspot on the settings but I’m still receiving a “Not Connected” Error. I certainly believe that this is not a problem with the connection since I can still connect using other device. Is there anyone out there who was having the same problem? How can I fit it?

I have emails that I need to download using Gmail on my iPhone 4S. My iPhone is set to POP instead of IMAP. And I can’t seem to access my email from there. According to Google, there is a tab wherein I can switch from IMAP to POP but I was unable to locate it. Does this feature still available on iOS 5? If so, where can I find the switch? I need help. I have an iMac which does not synchronize bookmarks. However, the same bookmarks can be synchronized by my iPad and iPhone. This is despite the fact that I have enabled the bookmarks on my Mac. iCloud is also enabled on the same Mac.

A sign like this !, red in colour gets displayed every time I send a message.The text does not get sent unless I switch the phone off and then start it on once again.This persists even after making some attempts to shut the program down.
