I owned an iPod Classic and I am trying to import a WMA file on it but an error box is appearing stating that the file could not be converted because it is in protected WMA format. Do I need to convert the file before I can import it? If so, what software is best to use and where can I download it?

 The Navigon Europe GPS app was installed into my iPod touch 2G and it has a Bluetooth GPS device. But it was not compatible with my iPod Touch said by the store where I brought it from. What will I do so that I can use the Navigon app? 

I purchased a clone of Apple iPod/MP4 from China. When I try to sync it with my PC, my computer could not recognize it. An error is appearing stating that I need a software driver to continue. But according to the seller, this one doesn’t need any drivers; I just need to plug it then play. When plugging the USB cable from the device to my computer, the iPod is charging it cannot be read. When I sync my iPod Touch it will automatically restore and deletes all the pictures, music and everything.

I am also receiving an error message stating that iTunes was unable to sync but this message appears when my iPod is not connected with my computer.

I need to sync my iPod in order to use the WiFi Sync.

I temporarily turn the WiFi Sync off but to no effect.

How can I resolve it?

When I sync my iPod Touch to my computer, it keeps telling me that there is an update available for download. When I try to update it while it is still connected with the PC, it doesn’t work. If I try to unplug my iPod, it states that my software is up to date. As far as I know, iOS 5.0.1 is already out so I really need to update my iPod. How can I do this? And also, how can I sync the contacts in my phone book via iCloud? Any help will do. Thank you.
