I have a latest ipod touch when I open a facebook app it redirect me to Safari and it will opens up youtube, it won't either let me sign out of facebook. What can I do with this?

I was recently having some trouble saving a data source from an Excel Spreadsheet. I was hoping someone can help me out. I was making a Custom Pod when the error popped up.

 It was regarding my BMC Dashboard, but as I recalled I had it installed properly without any issues whatsoever.

BMCBSD000027: An error occurred while trying to add a data source.

I don’t know what to do and if anyone has an idea on how to fix this please give some advice.
