I want to learn how to program games and I heard that Java is a good language to use in order to do this. I'm not really sure if this is true, so can anyone give me the pros and cons of using this programming language in creating video games?

Hi friends,
When I am in the middle of my work in java, I get this weird warning error message. The error states that the publisher cannot be verified by a trusted source. Code will be treated as unsigned. I tried some different methods but nothing helps me to fix the problem. Do I need to reinstall the java? Please suggest me some solutions. Thanks a lot.

Hi all,
When I try to open an application in Java, I ended up with an error message. It says there is an invalid architecture. For your information, I have Windows Vista, 64 bit and 250 GB hard disk. So I cannot run this program in the current configuration, please help to resolve this error. Your help is great. Thanks.
Your Java virtual machine (JRE) is not supported.
Reason: your JRE architecture is: 64 bits.
Required JRE architecture: 32 (x86) bits.
Please uninstall your current Java JRE, then re-download and install java JRE for 32 bits (x86).

Hi all,
When I try to install the NetBeans Package, I ended up with an error message. NetBeans IDE installer says that ‘the java SE development Kit JDK was not found in the computer’. However, I am sure; I installed it too in the computer. I do not understand why it is not able to recognize it. Please help me resolve the issue, Thanks.
Java SE Developent Kit (JDK) was not found on this computer
JDK 6 is required for installing the Net Beans IDE. Make sure that the JDK is properly installed and run installer again. You can specify valid JDK location using -javahome installer argument.
