I have a Windows pro laptop on which Office 2013 is installed. My laptop is not attached to any network. I read somewhere that I can activate Office 2013 by phone. Is it an easy method? How can I do it?

Hi, I am thinking of buying a new tablet for myself which I can use in my salon to store client pictures. But, storage is a big criterion for me. I found that no tablet has enough internal memory to cater to my needs. Thus, I need information about tablet sd card reader I can use, so that I can transfer photos from tablet to laptop and vice versa.

 I am using Lenovo notebook pc and facing some issues while operating system installation. There is a drive in my laptop, which is named as “Recovery Drive” (factory setting) but I am not able to access that drive. Every time I try to access any file or folder in that drive it gives me an error saying” Drive not authorized”. How can I use that drive for my purpose or take a backup of this drive? 

I am using HP Pavilion DV6 notebook and Windows 7 basic as operating system 64 bit. I am able to connect to Wi-Fi but facing problem in creating a wi fi zone from my system. I have tried many online software available such as mhotspot, but still not able to create it.  I have rebooted and reinstalled the Wi-Fi applications several times, but still not able to resolve the issue. The error message that I am getting is “No Internet connection available”. Please help in resolving this issue.

My sister have got a surface pro 3 and complains that the screen and in fact entire surface 3 freezes. As for as I know this is not related to performance issue because I am strongly believing that i3 core is sufficient for Microsoft word document editing tasks. Is my thoughts have any ground? Why do a surface pro 3 freeze ? Are there any other complaints in the latest surface pro 3? Is it related to any faulty app or driver? How to reset the surface pro 3 when it hangs? Taking to service centre is simply not feasible

My friend has given me a chance to explore surface 3 pro laptop as he has observed some problems related to over heating. I too tried to run many applications to see whether it is because of over load, but my observation turned out that even if I just browse internet for half an hour, the tablet gets very much hotter. It becomes difficult to hold. Why is that? What is the case when a 3D modelling software or a high graphic game is played? How to cool down and solve this problem?

I am presently using Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 for the past three weeks. I have a serious issue with the battery. I want to know the correct time duration for my tablet to charge completely? My tablet takes approximately 10 hours to charge and I wonder if that is right? What could be the feasible cause for such long charge period?
