Hello everyone! I have just purchased a new HP pavilion laptop running on windows 8.1, 2.16 ghz intel processor and 4GB RAM with a 1TB hard drive. From the first day, I have had a terrible experience with this device. When I am streaming videos from the Internet, the sound gets distorted and it is impossible to hear properly. And even if I watch something on VCL player, the sound quality is still so poor and gets distorted all the time. I am sure this should not be happening. Please Help! Thanks!

Hello everyone! I am using HP elitebook 8440p and recently I had to update my OS to Windows 8.1. After the updates, some strange things have happened to my laptop and the biggest among them is that I can no longer use my Intel onboard graphic card. Hello! I am a laptop user and I have the functionality of Bluetooth in my laptop. The problem is that when I transfer something from my laptop to some other device, let it be a mobile phone or another laptop, it works fine. I have transferred a lot of pictures and music from my laptop to other devices. But when I try to transfer something from another device to my laptop, it shows error that the transfer could not be completed properly. Why does this happen? If my laptop can send the data, it should be able to retrieve data as well, right? Any suggestions?

I am constantly receiving issues on my laptop. I'm not sure if its a virus because when I run my antivirus, it found nothing. But my laptop is running very slow and it shuts off pretty often. I tried to refresh and run a factory reset but it shows an error stating that there is something missing so I can't continue with the reset. I tried every possible ways to reset but I just couldn't. I really need assistance on this matter since I hardly use my laptop these days due to this issue.

This morning I woke only to find that on boot I get: STOP: 0X0000007B (0XF78D2524, 0XC0000034, 0X0000000, 0X0000000). What is this? Is this some kind of error? Help!

I am running Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium on my gaming PC. I know that this Windows will only take 16GB of my RAM when installed on my computer. I don't see the point why I need to upgrade to Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate Edition to increase or expand my RAM. When Windows 10 will be available, it will be a free OS right? Can it handle as much RAM unlike my current Windows 7?

Hi! I was using my laptop and it got overheated, it always is showing this problem after I use it for a longer period of time. So it was continuously shutting down automatically. So I plugged out the battery and started using it on direct electricity and obviously it works. But is it safe to use laptop like this on regular basis or should I make sure that I use it through the battery?

I am using a Dell Inspiron 14R laptop with Intel Core i7, 4500U, P RAM, GeForce GT 740M and 2GB. I usually played games on it such as Elder Scrolls, Skyrim, Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor and my most recent game is, The Crew. Normally, the graphics while playing those games are reasonable, but when I played The Crew, I noticed that it warmed too much even if its in low graphics, as compared to the normal. Is it a problem with my video card? Or anything else?

Hello! I am a user of HP EliteBook 8440p and I play different and latest games on it and they work absolutely fine. But when I try to play the classic PS2 or game cube games, they do not work properly. I mean I have different emulators for these games but the games lag and I cannot enjoy the games properly. I have tried to work around this problem by changing the setting of the emulators but that doesn't work. If my laptop can run modern games properly, then it should run the old graphic games with far worse graphics as well, right?
