I am currently looking to buy a new laptop. As all thing goes, I have to specify the use for this laptop and it will mostly for gaming. So, firstly what are you propositions? Secondly, I have narrowed down my options to three main systems which include an alienware 15 inch with i7 process and 16gb of ram, one of the MSI gaming rigs on the market and the Macbook Pro. I have a HP Pavilion laptop with a broken screen. I actually know how to replace the screen but my problem is on the display. In any other laptop, I would hook up the computer to another computer screen via the VGA cable. Now, this laptop does not have a VGA port and I have to connect it via a HDMI cable. On connection, I get a half display on my Tv screen and the pictures look very distorted. Why are they messed up when everything is connected properly and the TV monitor is okay? Is the computer having a bigger problem other than just the screen? Is it a Mobo or GPU issue? Help me test or solve for this issues.

I’m having a serious issue with my CMOS battery since I’m locked out of BIOS via a password. My computer is a Toshiba E45t-B4204 and I have repeatedly tried to contact them only for them not to give me a clear explanation on where the CMOS battery is. I think all computers have this battery. Don’t they? Besides, I need to know how to locate it on this device so that I can unlock my password lock.
