Hello There! Does anyone know how to bypass user ID? I leave my Laptop idle for one hour and when I get back, it's asking me for a user ID and password. It never has a password. I tried to use the f8 key. But it is still asking for a user ID. Please help I need to enter to my computer.

Hello, I have HP Probook PC and I have an issue on it with regards to its CMOS Battery. The CMOS battery dies so quickly. I believe that most CMOS battery last for a year. I changed its battery three times in one month. Please give your comments or suggestion on what to do on this issue.

I need some help. I have an HP Pavilion workstation. Last night I leave my workstation on and unattended overnight. When I come back in the morning and it is already on blank screen. No power, but I can hear the fan running. I tried to press the power button to turn on the workstation on but nothing happens. 

My HP ProBook which is running windows 8.1 won’t start after deep hours of shutdown. I check the battery and it is not drained, the LED lights keeps on blinking. I tried taking out the battery and pressing the power button for 30 seconds to start again but no to avail. Any advise on what to do?

My Dell Latitude laptop freezes whenever I play games. What do you think is the problem? This has been an going issue since purchased. Other application works well aside from games, I am playing CF, Counter and other similar games. This is so annoying I want to play to remove stress but this stressed me more.

I have an HP Probook with Windows 7 Pro OS came with wireless mouse & keyboard. I am not ok with these wireless stuffs they do not work well so I want to use wired keyboard and mouse. But my problem is when I plug the mouse and the keyboard the devices aren't recognized. I tried rebooting by gets the same result. It’s supposed to be working right? But what seem to be the problem?

Hello There. I have a desktop PC which is HP Probook. I am getting an error message while logging in. It has an error message saying "your system is running low on resources you cannot log on as new user Please use an account that has already been logged on" . Have you encountered similar issue? How did you solve it?

I upgraded my Operating system to windows 8.1 the feature of using the function key to adjust the screen brightness did not work properly other function aside from that works well. Hello, I would like to seek for your help on my laptop issue. When i start my laptop yesterday it beeps 8 times in row and stop and then beep again. I searched this problem on the internet and found that it may be LCD failure then i run the bit test then it works. The next day the same problem occurs. Any recommendations?

My Lenovo T60 won't turn on. When i press the power button the fan just makes noise for a few seconds, the Hard Disk, WiFi light burn and the charger light blinks. I have removed the battery and charger, press the power button for a few seconds and return the battery and charger again but it did not work. I have even tried it without battery, just the charger but that did not work also. Any Advise?
