Hi, I've been using an Acer Travelmate P243 with a 2GB RAM. I have recently upgraded the RAM using Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600 SODIMM which I bought from the local store. I followed a Wikihow step-by-step procedure on changing the RAM.

Right after the upgrade, I turned the unit on to check on the success of the RAM replacement. The display screen shows blue screen only. Help!?

Hi.  I'm recently having trouble with my laptop.  My touchpad is not functioning so I tried installing drivers windows 7×64 Synaptics Gesture Suite but it's still not functioning.  Could my touchpad be busted?  I have the Toshiba Satellite C850 that has the Intel Core i3 processor and Windows 7 64 bit.

Now my harddisk got crashed and there are lots of important files on it!

It started out to become slow in processing and when I shut it down, it won't turn on anymore.

Now I guess it needs to be formatted. 

But the thing is, I have lots of important files out there so please give an advice of a good disk recovery software?

Hallo Guys! I have a dell vostro laptop which I use a lot for my programming work. At times I get so much into my work that I don't realize that it is already fully charged. I want to keep the charge to between 40-90%. I am using windows 7 sp2 platform which I realized has limited battering setting options. If there is a third party battery charge limit, which one is it and how does it work? Could there be any in-built tool in windows for this?

I use an Acer Aspire 5551-2450. But My problem is sometimes my microphone just boosts and makes unbearable sounds screeching. I then turn the volume down for sometime. So if you have any better solution then please help me in this mic boost for acer.
