I have recently purchased a new Lenovo Thinkpad E420 and installed Ubuntu.

I got the installer from, the look and functionality really appeal to me. 

I then installed all the necessary software needed to make it work, for example gimp, kile, adobe flash player, audacious, LinuxDc++, vlc, chrome, acrobat reader etc.

When I finished this and tried to update through the update button I get the following message:

Requires installation on untrusted packages

I got to know like a new tablet is being launched in India. i.e WishTel, I want to know the specifications of that tablet. Can anyone provide the list of specifications.

Recently fujitsu has launched two laptops which especially support for windows 8? Can anyone list the features and specifications of those two laptops.

My DVD rom is not reading mini – DVDs.

The mini – DVDs are working fine on other computers.

My problem is that whenever I’m saving data on a CD, the saving or writing process is always failed.

The CD is okay as well as the size of the file so I don’t really know what the hitch is.
