There is something weird about my laptop.

Everytime I use it, shut it down then I turn it on again, nothing appeared. The lamp power is on, but the screen stay black. It take about ten minutes after being shut down then it will appear normally if I turn it on again. Anybody know what's wrong with my laptop?

i got a problem with my laptop that my laptop starts with fan sound then suddenly it turns off.I am out of warranty so please if someone would help me?

 I recently purchase a Toshiba laptop, I have been using it for almost a month now for work. Just recently while I was using it my laptop’s screen went black and there was a long beeping sound coming from it, seconds after it came back and then went black again bearing a message saying “no bootable device”. Can anyone help me deal with this issue or should I bring this back to the store where I purchased it since, it is still under warranty?
