Laptops/Notebooks
Hello, everyone!
I have a computer problem that scares me a bit. I get this error message that says, "Power surge on hub port and it won’t go away. A USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message." This pops up even when there is no USB device connected.
I have just installed Windows Pro Service Pack 3 on my laptop, which also contains a wireless card. Unfortunately, I don’t have any inkling how to access this card.
Any suggestion on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have an HP laptop. It powers up but there is no display. I used an external monitor but still there is no signal coming from the laptop. Does anyone knows how to fix it? I let a friend of mine who is a Laptop Technician to open the laptop and check what's the problem. He said it must be heated. Maybe there are ICs that doesn't work or the video chip stops working. He doesn't have the heater so he left my laptop unrepaired.
If anyone can give me solutions please I need your help.
Thanks

Good day everyone.
Apparently, my laptop is suddenly running too slow. I'm using Acer Aspire 4315 with Intel processor 1.86 GHz and my OS is Windows XP. Here's the problem. After logging in, the laptop is processing very slow and it's quite unusual as before since it only takes like 5 minutes or less then I can access different applications all at the same time. Right now, it's really taking me too long and I can't even open Google browser any application at the same time since it keeps on processing.

Actually Keyboards Middle Row > (A S D F G ……. Enter…….. up to Page Down) do not work. Whole row does not work except 2 buttons. Caps Lock & "H".

I normally put my laptop on sleep mode instead of shutting it down. I desire to have it get direct to the desktop every time I resume using it. Normally it takes me to the welcome screen first. Is it possible to set the laptop to go direct to desktop from sleep mode?
Please advise me.

I have a friend who recommended me to have JetAudio Basic 6.0.6 in my computer. I tried installing it in my laptop but a file error occurred. I kept on choosing the ‘Ignore’ button but still the same error keeps on coming out. After some time of hitting ignore, my laptop suddenly stopped working. Why is it like that? Please help me. I indicated below the error message that popped out when I tried to install the JetAudio software.

When I try to configure my laptop to a certain wireless router WRT54G, I don’t notice any light on the ports although I notice other lights. Why is it so?
I have tried to reconfigure the router to the laptop after having all the cables unplugged but this had no impact at all as I still get the message stating that there is no internet connection available. I am starting to wonder if this is due to a reinstallation of Windows Vista that I did some time back then because the problems developed since then. Please help.
