Hi,

Two months back i have purchased dell studio laptop. It is getting overheating from the back side. Is it a battery problem or some processor related problem. I tried to find the solution in the net but did not get the right solution for it.

Should i use cooling pad for this or replace the laptop as it is in warranty period.

When I install Redhat Linux 5 or Cent OS 5 on my laptop, it installs perfectly but when it reboots & starts then its only show non GUI mode.

I mean no graphical interface. It shows ‘no X Windows server’. 

My laptop is HP Probook 4430s.

I have a laptop Toshiba L655-S5096. I have tried to install Redhat Linux 6 on it. But after installation, when Linux goes to start, it shows all dark screens and nothing happen.

How can I get rid of this problem?

I have brought a new HP laptop, 2 week ago. It have i5 Processor, 4 GB RAM and intel HD display. Further it have windows 7 home 64 bit. The problem is that when i open a new window or anything else, the display is dim for few moments. But it will be Ok within some seconds. I want to know, is that a display problem or something else?

Hello! i have a laptop , intel core i5 , i want to ask 2GB of RAM would be sufficient to run this properly. Here is all combination

2.30 Ghz CPU 430M
512MB ATi Mobility Radeon HD 5470 Graphics
Operating System: Windows 7  64Bit
2 GB RAM

Would you think this would be good combination.

I've a New Toshiba laptop. The battery timing was more than 4 hours when I bought it, but for the past few days, the battery back up is reducing rapidly. 

It used to consume only 25-30% within the first hour of use, but now it almost consumes half of the battery within an hour.

Please see the image below:

It was fully charged about an hour ago & see it consumed half of it within an hour. 

Why my battery life is reducing? Should I claim the warranty?

I've HP Laptop with a Built In Web Cam. It has an Icon at Desktop by the Name of amcap.

It has the Option to Make Videos, But there is No Option to Take Still Pictures or Snap Shots.

Please Tell me How Can I Take Snaps with the Help of using my Cam.
