techyv expert I have come to here for a simple problem of my laptop hard drive.

I have some personal document in my hard drive which I need to keep safe. I have tried so many times but I could not hide my hard drive.

My laptop details is given below-

Dell Inspiron N5010

320 GB Hard disk

2.63 GHz Intel Core i3 Processor.

2GB Ram.

If you can solve my issue then I would be grateful to you

When I connected a new hardware device to my computer, Windows tried to find and installed a software driver for the device. Unfortunately, I haven't seen a notification that a driver is unsigned, has been altered since it was signed, or can't be installed by Windows. How can I decide which drivers are safe to install?

I just opened my laptop, but it seems that it hangs with a black screen. It is still working when I last used it, so I don’t know what is causing it to stop working. The power lights are working and blinking, and the mouse pointer is there but beside that, there is nothing more I can see. I am using Windows Vista,and my laptop is made from Acer. Please help me.

After I connected my USB, my laptop doesn't turned on anymore.

It is still not running up to now. Is there a problem with the USB I connected?

Or should I check my battery for this?

I want to know how to change the action if I close the lid like it will automatically shuts down or hibernate.

And can I also put a password then my computer wakes from sleep?

Hey all I want to ask, my friend got a laptop Acer Travelmate 3273. Each boot is always a long beep. But before the log on his windows to stop beep. And into normal windows. Continue if we go in the bios, it beeps will not stop until we get the windows or not turned off his laptop.

I purchased my Acer laptop just this summer and Acer usually has clear.fi software.

Yesterday i was trying to install roxio easy media creator and after it there was a message that i need to uninstall one of clear.fi's feature for it to be installed.

Question: Is it okay if uninstall it? Will my system still works perfectly?

Not only the vehicles that need protection, but a laptop or PC also needed too by installing anti virus protection etc., I want to ask. Anyone knows how to manually remove the Personal Shield Promalware? All my laptop got blocking and I don't know what I can do.
