Since Ubuntu 12.04 is still in beta stage and Gnome 3.4 is not in the repositories yet, what can I do to install Gnome 3.4 in Ubuntu 12.04 without ruining my system?

After a kernel upgrade to 3.3.1 in Fedora, I was not able to connect to my WiFi as if it is not recognized. What is the possible solution to bring back WiFi connection in Fedora without the need to reinstall my system?
