I'm using Linux and i want to do a full system backup. How do I do a full-system backup of my Linux box?

I have a problem in Crunchbang. Every time I turn on my computer the time AM and PM is wrong. In BIOS it is correct. I first set the time in hardware clock and after that system clock. But when I turn off the computer every setting is lost.

I don't want to use ntpdate because my computer doesn't have internet connection all the time. Any other ideas? Thank you.

Hello. I use ubuntu 11.10 and since yesterday I can't install almost anything. I tried sudo apt -get update in terminal and I got SPOILER: SHOW and when I try to install something in ubuntu software center it stops and I get the message "Check your internet connection".

My internet connection is fine though. How to fix this?

I have a really ancient laptop that has windows 95 and 60 Mb ram memory. How can I install Linux in that? Is there any Linux distro that runs in 60 Mb ram? I tried puppy but they couldn't even start. I got a message: kernel panic, cannot synchronize or something. I can't increase the ram memory because it is really old.

Any ideas?

Is it possible to create a keyboard shortcut to switch workspaces in ubuntu? I already know how to switch workspaces, but I would like to be able to open the window with all my workspaces from my keyboard. Any ideas?

Hi guys. I use Ubuntu 2 years now and I never had a problem with virus, malware, trojans and stuff. I used to think that there's no need to have antivirus for Linux but I realized there are several antivirus programs for Linux. So, do I need to install antivirus? I don't use Windows at all. Are there any chances I get a virus in Ubuntu? Thanks for your answers.

I need your help. I just installed Ubuntu and I tried to install Skype but I get the following error message: Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: libqt4-core.
