Here is my question in which your advices are needed regarding Lotus 1-2-3: Can I use the “@IF” command to determine a cell background color? Example: using “@IF(A1<16,B2,B3)” , could the B2 background be red if statement is true and grey if false? For me this is very challenging as the object cells will change accordingly.

My problem concerns about Lotus 1-2-3. A series of errors occurred when saving files of different types. To resolve the issue, I created this simple macro: {file-save "X";"Lotus 1-2-3 (WK4)"} But it produces an error message: Invalid value. {FILE-SAVE}{A:F20} Check to be sure that: number arguments are numeric and text arguments are syntactically-correct text. arguments that require labels or values are not blank. If I leave out file-type, the macro will work. Otherwise, changing the file-type to CSV or XLS will get the same error message. How can I fix it?

Aside from being a qualified Accountant, I am experienced in Computer Programming since 1976 and familiar with spreadsheets since the introduction of Lotus 1-2-3. But I get confused by macro/scripting in Lotus SmartSuite 9.7. I am still baffled even if there are instructions in LotusScript Programmer’s Guide or in LotusScript Language Reference. Can someone help me on how to run a macro/script? I will be very happy. Thank you.

I am using Lotus 1-2-3 installed on a server. I can be able to change the colors but now when I clicked on the color box, there is no color to select. The color box appears to be empty. The computers in my network are running Windows XP SP2 and the server works with Windows 2000. The version of the Lotus I am using is an older version. How can I revert the color box function?

I was trying to move my sent messages from my email into another folder on my Notes Desktop Client. But it won’t allow me to do that. However, I can add a duplicate message on the new folder. How can I move the message and not just duplicate them?

i'm using webmail IBM ilotus notes 8.5.1 with the browser mozilla firefox 7.0.1. i can access to my mails. but the problem is that i can't download attached files, i don't find a solution to download it. it shows that the mail contain attached file but the file is not found.

I received this error when I tried to log on to Lotus notes.

I always connect to my University Network to access my documents from home.

I checked my LAN connection and the University Internet Connections. Both of them are working properly.
I use Windows XP and let me know if you need further information.

I’m not sure what all information to include.
