Hi,

What I want to do is that to copy fields from one form to another form in a different database.

When I do so, I received the error given above. It seems to be a random issue.

I close the Lotus notes Designer application and re-open it. The error disappears.

Guys, Do you have a permanent solution for this?

I used Lotus Notes 6.5.1.

Can anyone help me to get a product license for IBM Lotus Notes 8?

I got the below error when I started using Notes and Domino 8 -GOLD recently.

One of my friends told that there is a problem with the registry. Is that so? Do I need to re-install it?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Error: “IBM Lotus Notes does not have a production license. A temporary evaluation license has been enrolled for you to use for 60 days.”

I use Lotus Notes for sending emails. It was working fine and recently I found that some of the mails are not being sent and stays in the ‘outbox’ with the above error. There is no attachment or Rich Text Format in the message.

I browsed and found that there is a fix for this error in the version 5.08. Tried upgrading, still some of the emails are being rejected. I even tried sending emails after disabling the antivirus program.

No use. Help me, please.

Error: Cannot convert Notes Rich Text message to MIME message.

I'm the system administrator. I have a task to migrate users from Outlook to Notes 5.

I have completed installing the Migration tools on the client using the Notes 5 disc. When the users start sending mails, they are receiving an error

Unable to open a Notes Migration Services session. Unable to load the source mail system library.

I checked and found that all the required migration files are copied to C:LotusNotes location. I don't have an idea how to proceed further.

Lotus notes is so old invention in software period and changed the company name also from Lotus Development Corporation to IBM. Then it has changed dramatically but I have a question about this. Is Lotus support the high screen resolution like 1027*768 properly?

In making some business aplications, emails,feeds, and calendars. That provides an easy to use, the one that has the capability to get my work done quickly. That has almost everything. What is the best thing to use for this kind of project, is Lotus notes user friendly or easy to use? How can I use that one?

When I receive an email from my office colleagues on IBM Lotus Notes with an embedded excel sheet/table, it appears in my system as inserted image,

I can’t copy even a single word from that excel Table and have to type all the data.

When I run both Lotus Notes and Skype, Lotus disconnects from the server and can't do replication (send and receive updates to/from the server.

The message I get from Lotus is "can not use this network name" and the name of the server. 

Before I open Skype, Lotus works normally. 

Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be?

We know about "Lotus Domino server" & it have good reputation but I'm not familiar with it so much. We are running a small IT team & very busy with project related works.  

How can a Lotus Domino server help to run a small business? If we use it how much security it can provide us? It is safe for use?

I expected my answer form experience person who already use it & know more better about it?

Recently we use IBM Lotus Notes Traveler version 8.5.1 & it work fine but now we take decision to upgrade IBM Lotus Notes Traveler version 8.5.2.

We try it but after upgrade it showing an error message from server section "Unwanted operations occur". Our system requirement is okay. Can anyone tell me why this message showing & how can I solve it?
