How we can use the forms instead of colors in Microsoft’s Office 2007 histograms and charts?

It means that when we want to print documents in only black and white and we want have clear reading and understanding.  

How is Microsoft Office 2010 application version related to the earlier Microsoft office versions of 2007,2003, 2000, 1997? Answer stating the characteristics that are different and those similar. Taking keen interest to bring out the similarities and differences between especially Microsoft 2010 Office version and Microsoft 2007 office version.

I have a problem. Whenever I open my Excel files in my office PC it keeps asking that "Do you want to save the file or not". Even if I don't change any of the content of the said file it always asks this question.

When I open it again, it will ask thousands of times to save or don't save. Even if I am using the newer version of MS Office, I

faced the same problem with the older version. Problem remains unchanged. Solve this please.

I use both applications of MS word and Excel simultaneously.

But it is not showing options to export data in the same format and formulas as copied from Excel sheet, even it is as simple as addition or percentage, have to just compromise the figures displayed.
