I need a help on how to add security password to one of my Excel files? I am using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and I have this important and confidential file and I want to add extra security by entering a password before it can be opened.

I already explored the menus in Excel but I can't find the option for putting a password to my file.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

I just want to ask what would be the reason why I cannot access my Microsoft Outlook 2010? I am always receiving an error message saying,

"Check to make sure you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name. The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. The outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."

I already checked my Internet Connection and there is no problem with it. Please help me to resolve this issue.

I have an assignment at school regarding the use Microsoft office products. Our assignment is how to lock important documents and keep it safe from other users. Preventing them from: Viewing, Editing, and Copying. Help will be most appreciated. Only use the built in functions of Microsoft office and the use of other software are forbidden. Please give me step by step instructions. I am not very good at this.

I have Windows 7 OS and version of Office 2003. The problem happened when I tried to install Office 2010.

Installation was functioning normally until the end when I got this notice:

I think it's very simple, but I am unable to find its solution so far.

Can anybody please tell me how can I see the preview of an Excel document without any printer installed?

I have the same problem with MS Word. Every time I want to see a preview the following error occurs.

Scanned Documents take a long time to reach my email inbox. please assist me this issue. After scanning a document on different Xerox printer it generally takes up to 2 hours for the scanned documents to reach my email in the box. This problem stared after the upgrade to Outlook. It often takes thirty to forty minutes to reach my email in the box.
