We have our PC’s configured by the IT service provider to have iPhone access to our SBS 2003.

But after this we are facing problem with the webmail.

It has stopped working in laptops and we have to do remote login to server for checking the emails.

There was no need to do this before the configuration.

We have informed the IT service provider and they are not able to fix this.

Please help us.

My excel spreadsheet has a URL field that links to a JPG format photo. I want to merge the URL into an MS Publisher file. I have tried to use the mail merge option but without success. The photo could not appear in the MS Publisher file. Is it possible to achieve what I want i.e. enabling a photo from a URL in a spreadsheet to appear in the MS Publisher file. If yes, explain how?

I would like to install clients in another forest and I do not want to download the client installation source files from the management point. How do I go about that? Also, please let me know what ports should be open for client communication between two forests.

We are facing a problem with Exchange 2010 as it is not receiving emails from a client. Some users are getting emails from that client and while others do not. If anybody knows this problem, please help. Thanks in advance.

In our college all staff has a mailbox on Exchange 2010. Students use Gmail only. Is it possible to see the Gmail e-mail addresses of students in the Address list which is named ‘Students’? If it can be done please explain. Will it entail enabling the Exchange mail to all students? I think it can be done by importing without enabling the mail to students in Exchange 2010. Any inputs for me?

I am using Windows XP. I have updated my Outlook Express from 5.x to 6.x. But I am facing a message while trying to start up Outlook Express 6:

“Msimn caused an exception C0000006h in module Directdb.dll”

Also, I cannot log in to my Hotmail account. Please help me.

I am having problem on accessing my Out of Office settings.

I keep getting an error telling me that the server is not available. I tried for few times now and still getting the same error.

I am using MS Exchange and MS Outlook 2007 on my Windows XP machine.

As far as I remember, I used this feature yesterday without getting any error. How come I am unable to access it today?

Please help if you know the answer to this.

I am receiving the error message “0000202B” while trying to create/search AD user in my physical environment with 2 domain servers. Please help me resolve it.

I would like to confirm my understanding that to perform query from all the three domains that I have added to the Universal Group, I need to run port 3268. Is it correct?
