I have tried to save the Active Directory in Windows Server 2003 using NTbackup utility and upload it in Windows Server 2008. But I am receiving the error message “Restore of this item is no longer supported”. How can I resolve the issue?

We are using the Exchange 2000 IM for some months and it was working properly.

Suddenly it started to send error messages, such as: ‘Exchange Instant Messaging Sign in failure’; ‘The e-mail address is not matching with username and password’; ‘Confirm the typed username and password’.

We have not done any changes in the network.

There are no any errors seen in the event viewer of IM and Exchange Server.
