We have two domain controllers.  One is the 2003 Domain Controller which contains the entire 5 FSMO roles and the other is 2000 domain controller intended for the forest. 

I wanted to use Windows Server 2008 for the domain controller after accomplishing all the AD prep and others.  The main plan was to move down the 2000 domain controller following the setting up of the AD on 2008 system. 

Is it possible to set up a new Windows 2003 Domain Controller on a Windows 2000 Active Directory? I need to know on how to set up a new Windows Server 2003 R2 on a Windows 2003 AD DC. And what was the requisition on setting up an AD to a new server?

I make some object and called DoModal CMyDialog, and install the application. However, I believed that the memory was leaking and I notice that the memory allocated by HeapAlloc was not released.
