Our online meetings using Lync 2010 was working fine. 

However, we tried having an online meeting with one of our clients, when we got this error message (see screenshot below). 

Our client didn’t know how to solve this one, too. 

Can someone from this forum help us? 

We need to resolve this badly.

I really need some kind of help. I cannot send e-mails as my simple mail transfer protocol is experiencing a breakdown. The situation has persisted for about 7 days.

All emails being sent are simply piling up. Just some days ago, I realized that this breakdown takes place whenever the email sent has an address that is wrong or if it is not spelt correctly. Are MS Forefront Endpoint Protection and Windows Intune similar?  If I obtain Intune, does it mean that I don’t need an Antivirus?
